Pet Policy
- We happily accept up to 2 pets per apartment, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds at full growth. We allow dogs up to 70 pounds in our first floor apartments.
- Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet or $500 for 2. Our pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
- We participate in a pet DNA program to enforce our pet waste policy. All dogs must be registered with our DNA program.
- Breed restrictions apply.
